May the 4th Be With You is the one day a year when it’s socially acceptable to greet your coworkers like a Jedi and no one questions your life choices. It’s the glorious celebration of all things from a galaxy far, far away — aka the universe of Star Wars. On May 4th, normal rules do not apply: Coffee becomes “Jedi Juice.” Your messy room is now “creative chaos on Tatooine.” Office drama? That’s just “disturbance in the Force.” Breathing heavily? National Hamburger Day Fun fact about National Hamburger Day (May 28): The “hamburger” isn’t actually named after ham. It’s named after the German city of Hamburg. In the 19th century, immigrants brought over the “Hamburg”, minced beef that was eventually put between slices of bread in the United States. From there, the modern burger was born.
